GARY PARKER
My hair has migrated from my head to my face in the last several years. We
live in NDG in Montreal. I married Sharron Gallagher in 1987 and we have a son
who is 16 years old in 2006.
I work for Air Canada, and I've been there for the past 23
years. Working in Marketing, over the years in various functions like
Coordinator, Flight Revenue Controller, Product Manager, Revenue Manager and now
Instructor.
I teach Revenue Management
through my own company and for the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
I travel around the world about four times a year. In the past few years, I have
been to China, Peru, San Salvador, Zimbabwe, Miami and Singapore. This year I was in
Jakarta, Tunisia, Germany, and Thailand.
I worked in graphic arts and typesetting for years before I
joined Air Canada, and when desk-top publishing made that obsolete, I went back
to Concordia University for a degree in Marketing.
Sharron, my wife, is a retired nursing instructor from Dawson College.
This is the whole Parker family at my mother's eightieth birthday in
September 2001. That's Alan, Ron and Janice in the back. My Father, Mother and
Susan in the middle, and myself and Norma in the front. All the kids went to
Malcolm Campbell at one time or another. Norma died of cancer in 2005. Click on
