Hi. I attended MCHS from 1963-67. I no longer have the year books. I am looking for one that would have an essay I wrote. It is about my brother. I visit the MCHS site every now and then and thought this might be of interest to you and former MCHSers.

I operate an internet radio station as a hobby. It's mostly music from the 60s and 70s, which covers a lot of years that would be of interest to former MCHS students (class of '68 for me). I even do a live broadcast every Saturday morning, 9am-noon from my studio in DDO.

The station is called Boss Oldies and I'd love for it to be the official radio station of MCHS. I'd promote your website and mention any news/events you want promoted, both on the air and on the station's website.

In return, though this is not obligatory, you could link to the station from the MCHS website.

I graduated in 1963 from MCHS. I barely knew anyone, I was so shy, new from England. I started there while the construction was incomplete, no gym. I remember Mrs. Jelinek. I remember Carolyn Job. Anyone remember me? Elaine Halford, now living near Philadelphia, PA, USA.

It was quite a surprise on a night of web surfacing to come across your site. I'm a little earlier than 1969. I taught at MCHS from 1960 (when it opened) to 1963. The principal then was Alan Talbot, who later became Director General of the PSBGM.

I have to add some bad news. A popular teacher was Jim McGowan, who taught Phys Ed. He later taught for many years in Japan, while keeping a country place near Cowansville. Jim died suddenly in the summer of 2003, just after returning to Canada.

I write for a paper on the West Island called West Island Chronicle. It's a bi-weekly column. I also keep busy teaching Canadian History at Concordia University.

Hi, I went to Ahuntsic in the year of 1974 or 75, and I was wondering if maybe I can find someone related to those years. All I can say is that my teacher was a beautiful little woman by the name of Miss Buckland, I can't remember her name very well, but I remember that she used to tell us about her trips to Hawaii, and her hangouts with the Hawaii 5-0 actors. If by any chance you can provide me some info, I will appreciate it. Thank you.
